Flex Adventures. (Hereinafter referred to as Flex Adventures) respect your privacy. This
Privacy Policy informs you of your choices and practices about any information you
provide to us (as defined in the "What Information We Collect and How We Collect It"
section below).

Use of the Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP may involve the collection and use of information about you. It is important to understand how this happens and how you can control this, so please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

By using the Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP, you agree that we may collect and use
your information following this Privacy Policy, as amended.If you would like to contact us about this Privacy Policy or any privacy-related matters, youmay do so by sending an email to our customer service at Info@flexadventures.co.za.

Scope and Application of Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP, including any services
associated with the application, and this Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of your agreement to use the Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP Terms of Service. Any terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as the equivalent defined terms in the Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP Terms of Service, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy or in the context.

I. How we collect and use your personal information.
In supplying the Flex Smart Fridge Freezer APP, Flex Adventures may collect, store, and use some of the following information relating to you.
1. Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP requires network communication to control the Smart
Refrigerator by using Bluetooth communication to obtain Bluetooth status; read device
information, including IMEI, MAC.
2. Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP uses GPS, cell phone signal or WLAN location to help the Bluetooth part to search for nearby smart refrigerators.
Note: Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP uses GPS, cell phone signal or WLAN location
permission and service because the system needs location permission and open location service when searching for nearby door lock devices, Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP will not collect your location and other information, and the app can be used normally without internet connection.
3. When users use Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP, the app will communicate with the
device via Bluetooth regularly to get real-time information and update the settings of the device, etc. If users exit the app or disconnect the device, the app will not communicate.
4. Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP can be used without registration and login. For the
control part of the device, you need to use Bluetooth to connect to the device to use it
properly.

II. How we share, transfer, and publicly show users' personal information.
We will not collect your personal information, nor will we share, transfer, or show your
personal information.

III. How we store the collected user information.
We do not collect and store your personal information.

IV. How we use information.
As shown in regulation one, we need you to turn on Bluetooth and location information,
and we will get your fuzzy location for auxiliary Bluetooth function, so that it can search for Bluetooth devices nearby and ensure Bluetooth communication between APP and devices.

V. How we ensure the security of collected user information.
The app can be used without internet connection, and the location information is only for immediate use as a function aid, it will not be collected and stored, so users do not need to worry about the information being transmitted.

VI. Changes to the privacy agreement
Sometimes, Flex Adventures may change or add specific descriptions, policies and terms, and privacy policies. These descriptions, policies, and terms form part of this Privacy Policy. If Flex Adventures believe that any changes to this Privacy Policy are important, Flex Adventures will let you know via the Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP (including through direct messaging or the Company's website), or other means such as direct communication before the changes become effective. 

By continuing to use the Flex Smart Fridge/Freezer APP after any changes have been made to this Privacy Policy, you agree to the revised Privacy Policy with or without notice to us.
