⚠️ Installation Note

Check the tip of your existing valve stem for imperfections before installing — it must be flat and smooth for a proper seal. If needed, use a fine-grit nail file to square off the tip. If a leak occurs after install, remove the RCV, file the tip flat and square, then add 3–4 wraps of Teflon tape to the valve stem threads before refitting. This will resolve most leaks.
